1. Products

The products offered on www.airovakstore.com are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. The photographs are not contractually binding.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included if applicable.
Delivery charges may apply depending on the destination chosen.
For orders shipped outside Morocco, customs fees or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Orders

Any order placed on www.airovakstore.com implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Airovak reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, payment problem or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payments are secured via our partners (e.g. 2Checkout, Stripe).
No banking data is stored on our site.
Payment is made online, at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

Orders are currently only shipped to Europe .
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, between 7 and 15 working days on average.
A confirmation email with tracking link is sent after shipment.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has 14 days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return costs are our responsibility.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
